Q: When will my order leave?
A: Your order will leave our warehouse by UPS ground service within 48 business hours (excluding weekends) once Golf Shafts Depot receives payment.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Your order should arrive within 5 business days after shipment leaves our warehouse (excluding weekends). Rural areas please allow for 1 to 2 more business days.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: A tracking # will be emailed to you by UPS once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Absolutely! Each additional item, outside of 1 Wood Shaft or 1 Iron Set, is an additional $3.50 per item. Combining shipments should happen at checkout, if it does not happen it is your responsibility to contact us.
Q: Any duties, tariffs, or hidden fees?
A: No duties, no tariffs and no hidden fees to USA or Canadian addresses.
Q: Can you ship via USPS or another service?
A: No, we ship exclusively through UPS. All of our packages are shipped via UPS
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses?
A: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses and neither do we. It is your responsibility to provide us with a UPS-able address.

Products sold on Ebay are sold as is and do not come with any warranties from Golf Shafts Depot. This excludes items that are damaged from shipping.
The item must be returned within 7 days after the buyer receives it. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to returns. If the item purchased was offered with Free Shipping and returns it, the buyer will be refunded the original item price minus $20, which is the original shipping cost.
