Q) Where are you located/ Where are the packages shipped from?

A) We are located in NJ, USA. All the packages will be shiped from NJ, USA

 

Q) Are you an authorized dealer?

A) With some exceptions, major dealerships are not authorized in any ebay stores. For example, Taylormade and Callaway do not authorize any ebay stores. But, it does NOT mean that 100% of Callaway and Taylormade clubs in ebay are fake. We are also aware that there are some fake club in ebay. But, we get all of our products from authorized dealers. That’s why we are so certain about our products.

 

Q) How can you sell at such low price?

A) This question does not apply to the $.99 auction items. We do not determine the price on the $.99 auction items. The price is determined by buyers bid amount. When the auction is over, we HAVE to ship out the product at the ending price. Otherwise, we automatically get suspended from ebay and paypal. For items with BIN or high staring bid price, there are two ways to sell ithem at lower price. Due to the large volume we purchase, we usually get volume discount from venders. Also, our margins are a lot less than regular retail stores

 

PART 2 – Products

Q) Are you selling authentic products?

A) We guarantee that all the products we sell are 100% authentic. We always get all of our products from authorized dealers. There is absolutely no chance that ANY of our products are fake or counterfeit. We will not even offer refund if item is not authentic since there is absolutely no chance it is fake. You will never have to return or open dispute for authenticity. We will guarantee 100% for the product satisfaction.

 

Q) How can I check the authenticity of club?

A) There are several ways to check. Fake clubs are usually distinguishable by comparing with genuine product. Smell of grip and details of label or head are little bit different. The easiest way to check it to take it to nearest proshop and compare it with the genuine product. You can also check the SN# of the golf club with manufacturers. If that still does not assure you, you can just send it to manufacturer for verification. That’s the most reliable way. But, it usually takes 1-2 week with freight charges. But, in any cases, years we have absolutely no history of refunding money for counterfeit. PLEASE, feel safe with us.

 

Q) Can you send me the SN# of the club?

A) PLEASE, please do not ask us to send you the SN#. We have many requests about the SN#. We see that many buyers are obsessed with SN# ONLY. But, the SN# itself does not mean anything. First of all, we usually have lots of same identical sets of club with all unique SN#. The SN# you can get from us will be different from one that you actually receive. We actually do not know the SN# of the club you will receive until the last minute of packaging. Also, you can be fooled for SN#. If you are looking for the valid SN# ONLY, some sellers can abuse it by giving any valid SN# and send you the counterfeit clubs. What’s really important is the SN# of the club you receive. Checking SN# after receiving the product is still not too late. If the product is not fake, you can still open paypal and ebay dispute and get your money back. But, if you refuse to complete the payment for not receiving the SN#, ebay will just take action against you.

 

Q) What is the BIN price/ Can you end the auction with BIN?

A) There is no BIN price for auction items. Please do not ask us for BIN price with auction items.

 

Q) I lost one of your auctions by $1-$5. Can you sell one at the same price that ended yesterday?

A) No, we will not do that. Auction price varies everyday.

Q) Is there sales TAX?

A) Sales tax will be collected from NJ buyers ONLY!! We do not collect sales tax from any other states or countries.

 

Q) Can I call you and pay with my credit card?

A) Please, don’t call us for phone payment. We cannot take your credit card over the phone. However, you can certainly use your credit card via paypal. If you have problem with paypal, please contact us. We will offer alternate way to complete payment.

 

Q) Can you use the coupon for me?

A) We can not use the coupon for you. That is something you have to do when you check out. You will be able to use coupon during the paypal check out.

 

Q) I have a problem with paypal. Can you wait extra 3-4 days?

A) We know for sure that most of paypal issues can be resolved within 3-5 business days. Since we offer 7 days for payment, it should not be problem. But, if you really need the extra days for payment, we generally allow few more days. But, you will get a payment reminder e-mail from ebay. It is something that we AUTOMATICALLY send to all the buyers who did not complete the payment within 7 days. Also, you can contact us for alternate way to complete the payment.

 

Q) I’m also bidding on other items.

A) Please hold the payment until you purchase all the items you want. When you are done, request the total. Then, we will send you the revised invoice with shipping D/C applied.

Q) Can I have the tracking #?

A) We automatically send you the tracking # by Quantum View or paypal if USPS. As soon as we process the shipping, tracking # is sent to your e-mail address. If you have not gotten the tracking #, please check your spam mail folder. If you still don’t have it, please ask us for tracking #. We will manually send you the tracking #. You can also check the tracking # by going to “my ebay”. As soon as we process shipping, the tracking # is noted to your items.

 

Q) When will my item be shipped?

A) Usually, we process shipping within 24 hours from the order. Please allow us 1-2 business days for shipping.

 

Q) Can you ship to APO/FPO?

A) Certainly! We will ship to APO/FPO via USPS Priority. The shipping charge will be same as domestic charge.

 

Q) Can you ship to different address?

A) Yes. But, you have you indicate the different address on the paypal’s note section. If you forget to do it, you can always send us an e-mail before making payment. Q) When will I receive my package?

A) UPS grounds takes 1-6 business days depending on the destination. USPS Priority usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery. You can also check the tracking # for expected delivery date.

PART 6 – Return

Q) Can I return?

A) Not all items are acceptable for return. We will take return for any items that we indicate as “return acceptable”. All the returns have to be done within 7 days from delivery date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charge. Initial shipping charge will not be refunded. There will be 10% restocking fee. Therefore, the total refund about will be 90% of the original item price. The returned item has to be in brand new condition. If we see the sign of usage, we will just send you back the returned item.

 

Q) I received wrong item/damaged item.

A) Please send us an e-mail to resolve the issue. We will certainly exchange with correct item at our cost.

 

Q) It has been already 7 days. The tacking status is not updating and the package has not been delivered yet.

A) If the package is lost, we usually issue immediate full refund for items with insurance. But, 7 days are not enough to determine that the package is lost. Q) Where are you located/ Where are the packages shipped from?

A) We are located in NJ, USA. All the packages will be shiped from NJ, USA

 

Q) Are you an authorized dealer?

A) With some exceptions, major dealerships are not authorized in any ebay stores. For example, Taylormade and Callaway do not authorize any ebay stores. But, it does NOT mean that 100% of Callaway and Taylormade clubs in ebay are fake. We are also aware that there are some fake club in ebay. But, we get all of our products from authorized dealers. That’s why we are so certain about our products.

 

Q) How can you sell at such low price?

A) This question does not apply to the $.99 auction items. We do not determine the price on the $.99 auction items. The price is determined by buyers bid amount. When the auction is over, we HAVE to ship out the product at the ending price. Otherwise, we automatically get suspended from ebay and paypal. For items with BIN or high staring bid price, there are two ways to sell ithem at lower price. Due to the large volume we purchase, we usually get volume discount from venders. Also, our margins are a lot less than regular retail stores

 

PART 2 – Products

Q) Are you selling authentic products?

A) We guarantee that all the products we sell are 100% authentic. We always get all of our products from authorized dealers. There is absolutely no chance that ANY of our products are fake or counterfeit. We will not even offer refund if item is not authentic since there is absolutely no chance it is fake. You will never have to return or open dispute for authenticity. We will guarantee 100% for the product satisfaction.

 

Q) How can I check the authenticity of club?

A) There are several ways to check. Fake clubs are usually distinguishable by comparing with genuine product. Smell of grip and details of label or head are little bit different. The easiest way to check it to take it to nearest proshop and compare it with the genuine product. You can also check the SN# of the golf club with manufacturers. If that still does not assure you, you can just send it to manufacturer for verification. That’s the most reliable way. But, it usually takes 1-2 week with freight charges. But, in any cases, years we have absolutely no history of refunding money for counterfeit. PLEASE, feel safe with us.

 

Q) Can you send me the SN# of the club?

A) PLEASE, please do not ask us to send you the SN#. We have many requests about the SN#. We see that many buyers are obsessed with SN# ONLY. But, the SN# itself does not mean anything. First of all, we usually have lots of same identical sets of club with all unique SN#. The SN# you can get from us will be different from one that you actually receive. We actually do not know the SN# of the club you will receive until the last minute of packaging. Also, you can be fooled for SN#. If you are looking for the valid SN# ONLY, some sellers can abuse it by giving any valid SN# and send you the counterfeit clubs. What’s really important is the SN# of the club you receive. Checking SN# after receiving the product is still not too late. If the product is not fake, you can still open paypal and ebay dispute and get your money back. But, if you refuse to complete the payment for not receiving the SN#, ebay will just take action against you.

 

Q) What is the BIN price/ Can you end the auction with BIN?

A) There is no BIN price for auction items. Please do not ask us for BIN price with auction items.

 

Q) I lost one of your auctions by $1-$5. Can you sell one at the same price that ended yesterday?

A) No, we will not do that. Auction price varies everyday.

 

Q) You do have the item I’m looking for?

A) We might have it. But, we always post all the items we have in stock. Please check our ebay store for the availability. If you don’t find it, then we don’t have it.

 

Q) Do you take custom orders?

A) NO, we do not. We just sell items we have it stock.

Q) Why don’t you leave me a feedback?

A) We do not manually leave feedbacks. All the feedbacks you will receive are done by “automation rules”. In other words, you will receive an excellent positive feedback as soon as you leave on for you. Don’t worry. You will never get a negative feedback. It has been prohibited by ebay.

 

PART 4 – PAYMENT

Q) Is there sales TAX?

A) Sales tax will be collected from NJ buyers ONLY!! We do not collect sales tax from any other states or countries.

 

Q) Can I call you and pay with my credit card?

A) Please, don’t call us for phone payment. We cannot take your credit card over the phone. However, you can certainly use your credit card via paypal. If you have problem with paypal, please contact us. We will offer alternate way to complete payment.

 

Q) Can you use the coupon for me?

A) We can not use the coupon for you. That is something you have to do when you check out. You will be able to use coupon during the paypal check out.

 

Q) I have a problem with paypal. Can you wait extra 3-4 days?

A) We know for sure that most of paypal issues can be resolved within 3-5 business days. Since we offer 7 days for payment, it should not be problem. But, if you really need the extra days for payment, we generally allow few more days. But, you will get a payment reminder e-mail from ebay. It is something that we AUTOMATICALLY send to all the buyers who did not complete the payment within 7 days. Also, you can contact us for alternate way to complete the payment.

 

Q) I’m also bidding on other items.

A) Please hold the payment until you purchase all the items you want. When you are done, request the total. Then, we will send you the revised invoice with shipping D/C applied.

 

PART 5 – SHIPPING

Q) Can I have the tracking #?

A) We automatically send you the tracking # by Quantum View or paypal if USPS. As soon as we process the shipping, tracking # is sent to your e-mail address. If you have not gotten the tracking #, please check your spam mail folder. If you still don’t have it, please ask us for tracking #. We will manually send you the tracking #. You can also check the tracking # by going to “my ebay”. As soon as we process shipping, the tracking # is noted to your items.

 

Q) When will my item be shipped?

A) Usually, we process shipping within 24 hours from the order. Please allow us 1-2 business days for shipping.

 

Q) Can you ship to APO/FPO?

A) Certainly! We will ship to APO/FPO via USPS Priority. The shipping charge will be same as domestic charge.

 

Q) Can you ship to different address?

A) Yes. But, you have you indicate the different address on the paypal’s note section. If you forget to do it, you can always send us an e-mail before making payment. We will try to read your e-mail before shipping out. But, unless you indicate the different shipping address on the paypal’s note section, we can not guarantee the change of address.

 

Q) When will I receive my package?

A) UPS grounds takes 1-6 business days depending on the destination. USPS Priority usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery. You can also check the tracking # for expected delivery date.

 

Q) Can you upgrade shipping service with extra pay?

A) When you check out, you will be able to see the different shipping options. We DO NOT upgrade the shipping service once the payment is completed. Please, do not ask us for an upgrade once the check out is completed.

 

Q) Can you ship out using my FEDEX, UPS or DHL account?

A) NO, we can’t. We do not use 3rd parties account for shipping. Also, we use ONLY UPS and USPS for shippig. Please do not ask us to use any other carriers.

 

Q) Can I pick up the package and pay with cash?

A) Sorry, we DO NOT allow any personal pick ups.

 

PART 6 – Return

Q) Can I return?

A) Not all items are acceptable for return. We will take return for any items that we indicate as “return acceptable”. All the returns have to be done within 7 days from delivery date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charge. Initial shipping charge will not be refunded. There will be 10% restocking fee. Therefore, the total refund about will be 90% of the original item price. The returned item has to be in brand new condition. If we see the sign of usage, we will just send you back the returned item.

 

Q) I received wrong item/damaged item.

A) Please send us an e-mail to resolve the issue. We will certainly exchange with correct item at our cost.

 

Q) It has been already 7 days. The tacking status is not updating and the package has not been delivered yet.

A) If the package is lost, we usually issue immediate full refund for items with insurance. But, 7 days are not enough to determine that the package is lost. Under certain cases, items are delivered after 1-2 weeks. If you don’t receive within 1 month from the dispatch date, we will issue full refund for items with INSURANCE. If there is no insurance, we will refund you the corresponding amount we get reimbursed from the carrier. In any cases, we highly recommend you to purchase insurance.

Q) Where are you located/ Where are the packages shipped from?

A) We are located in NJ, USA. All the packages will be shiped from NJ, USA

 

Q) Are you an authorized dealer?

A) With some exceptions, major dealerships are not authorized in any ebay stores. For example, Taylormade and Callaway do not authorize any ebay stores. But, it does mean that 100% of Callaway and Taylormade clubs in ebay are fake. We are also aware that there are some fake club in ebay. But, we get all of our products from authorized dealers. That’s why we are so certain about our products.

 

Q) How can you sell at such low price?

A) This question does not apply to the $.99 auction items. We do not determine the price on the $.99 auction items. The price is determined by buyers bid amount. When the auction is over, we HAVE to ship out the product at the ending price. Otherwise, we automatically get suspended from ebay and paypal. For items with BIN or high staring bid price, there are two ways to sell ithem at lower price. Due to the large volume we purchase, we usually get volume discount from venders. Also, our margins are a lot less than regular retail stores

 

PART 2 – Products

Q) Are you selling authentic products?

A) We guarantee that all the products we sell are 100% authentic. We always get all of our products from authorized dealers. There is absolutely no chance that ANY of our products are fake or counterfeit. We will not even offer refund if item is not authentic since there is absolutely no chance it is fake. You will never have to return or open dispute for authenticity. We will guarantee 100% for the product satisfaction.

 

Q) How can I check the authenticity of club?

A) There are several ways to check. Fake clubs are usually distinguishable by comparing with genuine product. Smell of grip and details of label or head are little bit different. The easiest way to check it to take it to nearest proshop and compare it with the genuine product. You can also check the SN# of the golf club with manufacturers. If that still does not assure you, you can just send it to manufacturer for verification. That’s the most reliable way. But, it usually takes 1-2 week with freight charges. But, in any cases, years we have absolutely no history of refunding money for counterfeit. PLEASE, feel safe with us.

 

Q) Can you send me the SN# of the club?

A) PLEASE, please do not ask us to send you the SN#. We have many requests about the SN#. We see that many buyers are obsessed with SN# ONLY. But, the SN# itself does not mean anything. First of all, we usually have lots of same identical sets of club with all unique SN#. The SN# you can get from us will be different from one that you actually receive. We actually do not know the SN# of the club you will receive until the last minute of packaging. Also, you can be fooled for SN#. If you are looking for the valid SN# ONLY, some sellers can abuse it by giving any valid SN# and send you the counterfeit clubs. What’s really important is the SN# of the club you receive. Checking SN# after receiving the product is still not too late. If the product is not fake, you can still open paypal and ebay dispute and get your money back. But, if you refuse to complete the payment for not receiving the SN#, ebay will just take action against you.

 

Q) What is the BIN price/ Can you end the auction with BIN?

A) There is no BIN price for auction items. Please do not ask us for BIN price with auction items.

 

Q) I lost one of your auctions by $1-$5. Can you sell one at the same price that ended yesterday?

A) No, we will not do that. Auction price varies everyday.

 

Q) You do have the item I’m looking for?

A) We might have it. But, we always post all the items we have in stock. Please check our ebay store for the availability. If you don’t find it, then we don’t have it.

 

Q) Do you take custom orders?

A) NO, we do not. We just sell items we have it stock.

Q) Why don’t you leave me a feedback?

A) We do not manually leave feedbacks. All the feedbacks you will receive are done by “automation rules”. In other words, you will receive an excellent positive feedback as soon as you leave on for you. Don’t worry. You will never get a negative feedback. It has been prohibited by ebay.

Q) Is there sales TAX?

A) Sales tax will be collected from NJ buyers ONLY!! We do not collect sales tax from any other states or countries.

 

Q) Can I call you and pay with my credit card?

A) Please, don’t call us for phone payment. We cannot take your credit card over the phone. However, you can certainly use your credit card via paypal. If you have problem with paypal, please contact us. We will offer alternate way to complete payment.

 

Q) Can you use the coupon for me?

A) We can not use the coupon for you. That is something you have to do when you check out. You will be able to use coupon during the paypal check out.

 

Q) I have a problem with paypal. Can you wait extra 3-4 days?

A) We know for sure that most of paypal issues can be resolved within 3-5 business days. Since we offer 7 days for payment, it should not be problem. But, if you really need the extra days for payment, we generally allow few more days. But, you will get a payment reminder e-mail from ebay. It is something that we AUTOMATICALLY send to all the buyers who did not complete the payment within 7 days. Also, you can contact us for alternate way to complete the payment.

 

Q) I’m also bidding on other items.

A) Please hold the payment until you purchase all the items you want. When you are done, request the total. Then, we will send you the revised invoice with shipping D/C applied.

Q) Can I have the tracking #?

A) We automatically send you the tracking # by Quantum View or paypal if USPS. As soon as we process the shipping, tracking # is sent to your e-mail address. If you have not gotten the tracking #, please check your spam mail folder. If you still don’t have it, please ask us for tracking #. We will manually send you the tracking #. You can also check the tracking # by going to “my ebay”. As soon as we process shipping, the tracking # is noted to your items.

 

Q) When will my item be shipped?

A) Usually, we process shipping within 24 hours from the order. Please allow us 1-2 business days for shipping.

 

Q) Can you ship to APO/FPO?

A) Certainly! We will ship to APO/FPO via USPS Priority. The shipping charge will be same as domestic charge.

 

Q) Can you ship to different address?

A) Yes. But, you have you indicate the different address on the paypal’s note section. If you forget to do it, you can always send us an e-mail before making payment. We will try to read your e-mail before shipping out. But, unless you indicate the different shipping address on the paypal’s note section, we can not guarantee the change of address.

 

Q) When will I receive my package?

A) UPS grounds takes 1-6 business days depending on the destination. USPS Priority usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery. You can also check the tracking # for expected delivery date.

 

Q) Can you upgrade shipping service with extra pay?

A) When you check out, you will be able to see the different shipping options. We DO NOT upgrade the shipping service once the payment is completed. Please, do not ask us for an upgrade once the check out is completed.

 

Q) Can you ship out using my FEDEX, UPS or DHL account?

A) NO, we can’t. We do not use 3rd parties account for shipping. Also, we use ONLY UPS and USPS for shippig. Please do not ask us to use any other carriers.

 

Q) Can I pick up the package and pay with cash?

PART 6 – Return

Q) Can I return?

A) Not all items are acceptable for return. We will take return for any items that we indicate as “return acceptable”. All the returns have to be done within 7 days from delivery date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charge. Initial shipping charge will not be refunded. There will be 10% restocking fee. Therefore, the total refund about will be 90% of the original item price. The returned item has to be in brand new condition. If we see the sign of usage, we will just send you back the returned item.

 

Q) I received wrong item/damaged item.

A) Please send us an e-mail to resolve the issue. We will certainly exchange with correct item at our cost.

 

Q) It has been already 7 days. The tacking status is not updating and the package has not been delivered yet.

A) If the package is lost, we usually issue immediate full refund for items with insurance. But, 7 days are not enough to determine that the package is lost. Under certain cases, items are delivered after 1-2 weeks. If you don’t receive within 1 month from the dispatch date, we will issue full refund for items with INSURANCE. Q) Where are you located/ Where are the packages shipped from?

A) We are located in NJ, USA. All the packages will be shiped from NJ, USA

 

Q) Are you an authorized dealer?

A) With some exceptions, major dealerships are not authorized in any ebay stores. For example, Taylormade and Callaway do not authorize any ebay stores. But, it does mean that 100% of Callaway and Taylormade clubs in ebay are fake. We are also aware that there are some fake club in ebay. But, we get all of our products from authorized dealers. That’s why we are so certain about our products.

 

Q) How can you sell at such low price?

A) This question does not apply to the $.99 auction items. We do not determine the price on the $.99 auction items. The price is determined by buyers bid amount. When the auction is over, we HAVE to ship out the product at the ending price. Otherwise, we automatically get suspended from ebay and paypal. For items with BIN or high staring bid price, there are two ways to sell ithem at lower price. Due to the large volume we purchase, we usually get volume discount from venders. Also, our margins are a lot less than regular retail stores

 

PART 2 – Products

Q) Are you selling authentic products?

A) We guarantee that all the products we sell are 100% authentic. We always get all of our products from authorized dealers. There is absolutely no chance that ANY of our products are fake or counterfeit. We will not even offer refund if item is not authentic since there is absolutely no chance it is fake. You will never have to return or open dispute for authenticity. We will guarantee 100% for the product satisfaction.

 

Q) How can I check the authenticity of club?

A) There are several ways to check. Fake clubs are usually distinguishable by comparing with genuine product. Smell of grip and details of label or head are little bit different. The easiest way to check it to take it to nearest proshop and compare it with the genuine product. You can also check the SN# of the golf club with manufacturers. If that still does not assure you, you can just send it to manufacturer for verification. That’s the most reliable way. But, it usually takes 1-2 week with freight charges. But, in any cases, years we have absolutely no history of refunding money for counterfeit. PLEASE, feel safe with us.

 

Q) Can you send me the SN# of the club?

A) PLEASE, please do not ask us to send you the SN#. We have many requests about the SN#. We see that many buyers are obsessed with SN# ONLY. But, the SN# itself does not mean anything. First of all, we usually have lots of same identical sets of club with all unique SN#. The SN# you can get from us will be different from one that you actually receive. We actually do not know the SN# of the club you will receive until the last minute of packaging. Also, you can be fooled for SN#. If you are looking for the valid SN# ONLY, some sellers can abuse it by giving any valid SN# and send you the counterfeit clubs. What’s really important is the SN# of the club you receive. Checking SN# after receiving the product is still not too late. If the product is not fake, you can still open paypal and ebay dispute and get your money back. But, if you refuse to complete the payment for not receiving the SN#, ebay will just take action against you.

 

Q) What is the BIN price/ Can you end the auction with BIN?

A) There is no BIN price for auction items. Please do not ask us for BIN price with auction items.

 

Q) I lost one of your auctions by $1-$5. Can you sell one at the same price that ended yesterday?

A) No, we will not do that. Auction price varies everyday.

 

Q) You do have the item I’m looking for?

A) We might have it. But, we always post all the items we have in stock. Please check our ebay store for the availability. If you don’t find it, then we don’t have it.

 

Q) Do you take custom orders?

A) NO, we do not. We just sell items we have it stock.

Q) Why don’t you leave me a feedback?

A) We do not manually leave feedbacks. All the feedbacks you will receive are done by “automation rules”. In other words, you will receive an excellent positive feedback as soon as you leave on for you. Don’t worry. You will never get a negative feedback. It has been prohibited by ebay.

 

PART 4 – PAYMENT

Q) Is there sales TAX?

A) Sales tax will be collected from NJ buyers ONLY!! We do not collect sales tax from any other states or countries.

 

Q) Can I call you and pay with my credit card?

A) Please, don’t call us for phone payment. We cannot take your credit card over the phone. However, you can certainly use your credit card via paypal. If you have problem with paypal, please contact us. We will offer alternate way to complete payment.

 

Q) Can you use the coupon for me?

A) We can not use the coupon for you. That is something you have to do when you check out. You will be able to use coupon during the paypal check out.

 

Q) I have a problem with paypal. Can you wait extra 3-4 days?

A) We know for sure that most of paypal issues can be resolved within 3-5 business days. Since we offer 7 days for payment, it should not be problem. But, if you really need the extra days for payment, we generally allow few more days. But, you will get a payment reminder e-mail from ebay. It is something that we AUTOMATICALLY send to all the buyers who did not complete the payment within 7 days. Also, you can contact us for alternate way to complete the payment.

 

Q) I’m also bidding on other items.

A) Please hold the payment until you purchase all the items you want. When you are done, request the total. Then, we will send you the revised invoice with shipping D/C applied.

 

PART 5 – SHIPPING

Q) Can I have the tracking #?

A) We automatically send you the tracking # by Quantum View or paypal if USPS. As soon as we process the shipping, tracking # is sent to your e-mail address. If you have not gotten the tracking #, please check your spam mail folder. If you still don’t have it, please ask us for tracking #. We will manually send you the tracking #. You can also check the tracking # by going to “my ebay”. As soon as we process shipping, the tracking # is noted to your items.

 

Q) When will my item be shipped?

A) Usually, we process shipping within 24 hours from the order. Please allow us 1-2 business days for shipping.

 

Q) Can you ship to APO/FPO?

A) Certainly! We will ship to APO/FPO via USPS Priority. The shipping charge will be same as domestic charge.

 

Q) Can you ship to different address?

A) Yes. But, you have you indicate the different address on the paypal’s note section. If you forget to do it, you can always send us an e-mail before making payment. We will try to read your e-mail before shipping out. But, unless you indicate the different shipping address on the paypal’s note section, we can not guarantee the change of address.

 

Q) When will I receive my package?

A) UPS grounds takes 1-6 business days depending on the destination. USPS Priority usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery. You can also check the tracking # for expected delivery date.

 

Q) Can you upgrade shipping service with extra pay?

A) When you check out, you will be able to see the different shipping options. We DO NOT upgrade the shipping service once the payment is completed. Please, do not ask us for an upgrade once the check out is completed.

 

Q) Can you ship out using my FEDEX, UPS or DHL account?

A) NO, we can’t. We do not use 3rd parties account for shipping. Also, we use ONLY UPS and USPS for shippig. Please do not ask us to use any other carriers.

 

Q) Can I pick up the package and pay with cash?

PART 6 – Return

Q) Can I return?

A) Not all items are acceptable for return. We will take return for any items that we indicate as “return acceptable”. All the returns have to be done within 7 days from delivery date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charge. Initial shipping charge will not be refunded. There will be 10% restocking fee. Therefore, the total refund about will be 90% of the original item price. The returned item has to be in brand new condition. If we see the sign of usage, we will just send you back the returned item.

 

Q) I received wrong item/damaged item.

A) Please send us an e-mail to resolve the issue. We will certainly exchange with correct item at our cost.

 

Q) It has been already 7 days. The tacking status is not updating and the package has not been delivered yet.

A) If the package is lost, we usually issue immediate full refund for items with insurance. But, 7 days are not enough to determine that the package is lost. Under certain cases, items are delivered after 1-2 weeks. If you don’t receive within 1 month from the dispatch date, we will issue full refund for items with INSURANCE. Q) Where are you located/ Where are the packages shipped from?

A) We are located in NJ, USA. All the packages will be shiped from NJ, USA

 

Q) Are you an authorized dealer?

A) With some exceptions, major dealerships are not authorized in any ebay stores. For example, Taylormade and Callaway do not authorize any ebay stores. But, it does NOT mean that 100% of Callaway and Taylormade clubs in ebay are fake. We are also aware that there are some fake club in ebay. But, we get all of our products from authorized dealers. That’s why we are so certain about our products.

 

Q) How can you sell at such low price?

A) This question does not apply to the $.99 auction items. We do not determine the price on the $.99 auction items. The price is determined by buyers bid amount. When the auction is over, we HAVE to ship out the product at the ending price. Otherwise, we automatically get suspended from ebay and paypal. For items with BIN or high staring bid price, there are two ways to sell ithem at lower price. Due to the large volume we purchase, we usually get volume discount from venders. Also, our margins are a lot less than regular retail stores

Q) Are you selling authentic products?

A) We guarantee that all the products we sell are 100% authentic. We always get all of our products from authorized dealers. There is absolutely no chance that ANY of our products are fake or counterfeit. We will not even offer refund if item is not authentic since there is absolutely no chance it is fake. You will never have to return or open dispute for authenticity. We will guarantee 100% for the product satisfaction.

 

Q) How can I check the authenticity of club?

A) There are several ways to check. Fake clubs are usually distinguishable by comparing with genuine product. Smell of grip and details of label or head are little bit different. The easiest way to check it to take it to nearest proshop and compare it with the genuine product. You can also check the SN# of the golf club with manufacturers. If that still does not assure you, you can just send it to manufacturer for verification. That’s the most reliable way. But, it usually takes 1-2 week with freight charges. But, in any cases, years we have absolutely no history of refunding money for counterfeit. PLEASE, feel safe with us.

 

Q) Can you send me the SN# of the club?

A) PLEASE, please do not ask us to send you the SN#. We have many requests about the SN#. We see that many buyers are obsessed with SN# ONLY. But, the SN# itself does not mean anything. First of all, we usually have lots of same identical sets of club with all unique SN#. The SN# you can get from us will be different from one that you actually receive. We actually do not know the SN# of the club you will receive until the last minute of packaging. Also, you can be fooled for SN#. If you are looking for the valid SN# ONLY, some sellers can abuse it by giving any valid SN# and send you the counterfeit clubs. What’s really important is the SN# of the club you receive. Checking SN# after receiving the product is still not too late. If the product is not fake, you can still open paypal and ebay dispute and get your money back. But, if you refuse to complete the payment for not receiving the SN#, ebay will just take action against you.

 

Q) What is the BIN price/ Can you end the auction with BIN?

A) There is no BIN price for auction items. Please do not ask us for BIN price with auction items.

 

Q) I lost one of your auctions by $1-$5. Can you sell one at the same price that ended yesterday?

A) No, we will not do that. Auction price varies everyday.

 

Q) You do have the item I’m looking for?

A) We might have it. But, we always post all the items we have in stock. Please check our ebay store for the availability. If you don’t find it, then we don’t have it.

 

Q) Do you take custom orders?

A) NO, we do not. We just sell items we have it stock.

Q) Why don’t you leave me a feedback?

A) We do not manually leave feedbacks. All the feedbacks you will receive are done by “automation rules”. In other words, you will receive an excellent positive feedback as soon as you leave on for you. Don’t worry. You will never get a negative feedback. It has been prohibited by ebay.

 

PART 4 – PAYMENT

Q) Is there sales TAX?

A) Sales tax will be collected from NJ buyers ONLY!! We do not collect sales tax from any other states or countries.

 

Q) Can I call you and pay with my credit card?

A) Please, don’t call us for phone payment. We cannot take your credit card over the phone. However, you can certainly use your credit card via paypal. If you have problem with paypal, please contact us. We will offer alternate way to complete payment.

 

Q) Can you use the coupon for me?

A) We can not use the coupon for you. That is something you have to do when you check out. You will be able to use coupon during the paypal check out.

 

Q) I have a problem with paypal. Can you wait extra 3-4 days?

A) We know for sure that most of paypal issues can be resolved within 3-5 business days. Since we offer 7 days for payment, it should not be problem. But, if you really need the extra days for payment, we generally allow few more days. But, you will get a payment reminder e-mail from ebay. It is something that we AUTOMATICALLY send to all the buyers who did not complete the payment within 7 days. Also, you can contact us for alternate way to complete the payment.

 

Q) I’m also bidding on other items.

A) Please hold the payment until you purchase all the items you want. When you are done, request the total. Then, we will send you the revised invoice with shipping D/C applied.

 

PART 5 – SHIPPING

Q) Can I have the tracking #?

A) We automatically send you the tracking # by Quantum View or paypal if USPS. As soon as we process the shipping, tracking # is sent to your e-mail address. If you have not gotten the tracking #, please check your spam mail folder. If you still don’t have it, please ask us for tracking #. We will manually send you the tracking #. You can also check the tracking # by going to “my ebay”. As soon as we process shipping, the tracking # is noted to your items.

 

Q) When will my item be shipped?

A) Usually, we process shipping within 24 hours from the order. Please allow us 1-2 business days for shipping.

 

Q) Can you ship to APO/FPO?

A) Certainly! We will ship to APO/FPO via USPS Priority. The shipping charge will be same as domestic charge.

 

Q) Can you ship to different address?

A) Yes. But, you have you indicate the different address on the paypal’s note section. If you forget to do it, you can always send us an e-mail before making payment. We will try to read your e-mail before shipping out. But, unless you indicate the different shipping address on the paypal’s note section, we can not guarantee the change of address.

 

Q) When will I receive my package?

A) UPS grounds takes 1-6 business days depending on the destination. USPS Priority usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery. You can also check the tracking # for expected delivery date.

 

Q) Can you upgrade shipping service with extra pay?

A) When you check out, you will be able to see the different shipping options. We DO NOT upgrade the shipping service once the payment is completed. Please, do not ask us for an upgrade once the check out is completed.

 

Q) Can you ship out using my FEDEX, UPS or DHL account?

A) NO, we can’t. We do not use 3rd parties account for shipping. Also, we use ONLY UPS and USPS for shippig. Please do not ask us to use any other carriers.

 

Q) Can I pick up the package and pay with cash?

PART 6 – Return

Q) Can I return?

A) Not all items are acceptable for return. We will take return for any items that we indicate as “return acceptable”. All the returns have to be done within 7 days from delivery date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charge. Initial shipping charge will not be refunded. There will be 10% restocking fee. Therefore, the total refund about will be 90% of the original item price. The returned item has to be in brand new condition. If we see the sign of usage, we will just send you back the returned item.

 

Q) I received wrong item/damaged item.

A) Please send us an e-mail to resolve the issue. We will certainly exchange with correct item at our cost.

 

Q) It has been already 7 days. The tacking status is not updating and the package has not been delivered yet.

A) If the package is lost, we usually issue immediate full refund for items with insurance. But, 7 days are not enough to determine that the package is lost. Under certain cases, items are delivered after 1-2 weeks. If you don’t receive within 1 month from the dispatch date, we will issue full refund for items with INSURANCE. If that still does not assure you, you can just send it to manufacturer for verification. That’s the most reliable way. But, it usually takes 1-2 week with freight charges. Q) How can I check the authenticity of club?

A) There are several ways to check. Fake clubs are usually distinguishable by comparing with genuine product. Smell of grip and details of label or head are little bit different. The easiest way to check it to take it to nearest proshop and compare it with the genuine product. You can also check the SN# of the golf club with manufacturers. If that still does not assure you, you can just send it to manufacturer for verification. That’s the most reliable way. But, it usually takes 1-2 week with freight charges. But, in any cases, years we have absolutely no history of refunding money for counterfeit. PLEASE, feel safe with us.

 

Q) Can you send me the SN# of the club?

A) PLEASE, please do not ask us to send you the SN#. We have many requests about the SN#. We see that many buyers are obsessed with SN# ONLY. But, the SN# itself does not mean anything. First of all, we usually have lots of same identical sets of club with all unique SN#. The SN# you can get from us will be different from one that you actually receive. We actually do not know the SN# of the club you will receive until the last minute of packaging. Also, you can be fooled for SN#. If you are looking for the valid SN# ONLY, some sellers can abuse it by giving any valid SN# and send you the counterfeit clubs. What’s really important is the SN# of the club you receive. Checking SN# after receiving the product is still not too late. If the product is not fake, you can still open paypal and ebay dispute and get your money back. But, if you refuse to complete the payment for not receiving the SN#, ebay will just take action against you.

 

Q) What is the BIN price/ Can you end the auction with BIN?

A) We can not use the coupon for you. That is something you have to do when you check out. You will be able to use coupon during the paypal check out.

 

Q) I have a problem with paypal. Can you wait extra 3-4 days?

A) We know for sure that most of paypal issues can be resolved within 3-5 business days. Since we offer 7 days for payment, it should not be problem. But, if you really need the extra days for payment, we generally allow few more days. But, you will get a payment reminder e-mail from ebay. It is something that we AUTOMATICALLY send to all the buyers who did not complete the payment within 7 days. Also, you can contact us for alternate way to complete the payment.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping charge. Initial shipping charge will not be refunded. There will be 10% restocking fee. Therefore, the total refund about will be 90% of the original item price. The returned item has to be in brand new condition. If we see the sign of usage, we will just send you back the returned item.

A) Please send us an e-mail to resolve the issue. We will certainly exchange with correct item at our cost.

A) This question does not apply to the $.99 auction items. We do not determine the price on the $.99 auction items. The price is determined by buyers bid amount. When the auction is over, we HAVE to ship out the product at the ending price. Otherwise, we automatically get suspended from ebay and paypal. For items with BIN or high staring bid price, there are two ways to sell ithem at lower price. Due to the large volume we purchase, we usually get volume discount from venders. Also, our margins are a lot less than regular retail stores
