Q: I don’t see the item I’m looking for listed, do you have one in stock?
A: We carry many products and not all of them are listed on Ebay. If there is a golf club that you are interested in that we do not have a listing for, please contact us and we will be glad to set you up a listing for that product. With golf shoes and apparel, we list all of the sizes and colors that we have in stock, so if it is not currently listed we don’t have it.
Q: I’ve purchased an item from you, and after some use, the item became defective. What should I do?
A: Unfortunately if this happens, it is out of our hands as an Ebay seller. What you can do is go to a local shop or retailer and ask if they will set you up a return with the manufacturer. Most items that we carry are covered under warranty by the original manufacturer, and they should repair the defective item free of cost.
Q: Is the item for sale 100 percent authentic and genuine?
A: Yes! We have not and will not ever sell counterfeit golf items.
Payments
Q: I do not have a Paypal account, will you any other form of payment?
A: No. Because of the volume of transactions completed daily, we are unable to take any other form of payment other than Paypal.
Returns and Exchanges
Q: I was accidentally shipped a different item than the one I purchased, what next?
A: Although we do everything we can to avoid this situation, errors do happen from time to time. If this happens, please notify us, and we will first email you a return shipping label. Once you’ve received the shipping label and sent the package off, we will mail out the correct item (assuming it is in stock). If it is out of stock for some reason, you will be refunded in full. The item must remain in the same condition as it was shipped. If a new item becomes used, it cannot be exchanged for a new item. Please make sure you’ve received the correct item before using it. Q: I accidentally ordered a different item than I meant to order, what can I do?
A: If you realize you’ve purchased the wrong item and notify us before they are shipped, we will substitute it for the correct item. Once the item is shipped out, we are only responsible for sending the customer the item advertised in the listing.
Q: I ordered the wrong size/spec item, can I exchange it for a different item with you?
A: Yes, but on a few conditions. First, new items must still be in new and unused condition. Second, we must have the item you desire currently in stock. We will not remove a listed item for an exchange, so there must be back stock. The buyer will need to return the item as well as provide a pre-paid shipping label from either USPS or UPS, and a note with the shipment stating the desired exchange. Finally, there will be a restocking fee equal to 10% of the item’s sale price, with a maxium restocking fee of $20.
Q: What happens if I purchase an item that was out of stock or there was an error in the listing?
A: This is also another condition we try to avoid, but occasionally does happen. If we discover your item is no longer in stock, we will notify you through an Ebay message, and immediately refund you through Paypal. Order processingOrders are processed and shipped every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or National holidays. Once payments are verified, items are typically shipped within one business day. Orders must be received (checkout completed and payment verified) by 12:00pm EST to be eligible for expedited service. Orders paid by Paypal e-Checks cannot be shipped via an expedited service.
Reduced shipping for multiple itemsOur checkout will automatically combine shipping for multiple items as long as you do not complete checkout prior to adding additional items. For orders with multiple items, you will be charged the appropriate additional item fee after the first item which will be charged at the single item rate.
InsuranceAll items are insured. If your item is damaged in shipment, we will work with you to remedy the situation.
Order trackingYou will receive an order confirmation with a tracking number once the item ships. The status of the order may be tracked on our website. Tracking is not available for Military APO/FPO shipments.
Military shipmentsWe ship all items to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service at the above rates. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Tracking for these shipments is not available.
Payment Information
CheckoutAfter you have won the auction, or after the Buy It Now, please complete the Global Golf checkout. Do not go through eBay checkout. After the auction has ended, you will receive an award notification e-mail with checkout instructions from Global Golf.
Payment Terms and Sales TaxAll items must be paid within 10 days. You will receive a payment notification after seven days. If payment is not received by the 10th day, your auction will be revoked and considered non-paid. A non-paying bidder report will be filed with eBay. If you bid on the item in error, you may be subject to a 15% relisting fee. All payments must be made in US Currency.
State law requires that we charge sales tax on all orders shipped to the states of North Carolina at 7% and South Carolina at 6.0% (Horry County shipments are subject to an additional 1%).

PaypalWe accept Paypal payments. If your paypal account is linked to a checking or other banking account, payment may be considered an e-check. Paypal e-checks will not be shipped until Paypal provides verification of payment. This requires 3-5 business days from the date that checkout is completed.
Return Policies
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason, you are not happy with your item, it may be returned within 14 days. The item must be received in the same condition as it was sold and include all accessories, if applicable. A return authorization must be granted and customer is responsible for all shipping and duties and taxes, if applicable.
Return Guidelines
All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please call us to request a number.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties and taxes.
Restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may be applicable.
Refund will be issued on the product price (and applicable sales tax) only. Original shipping is not refundable.
Items must be received in the same condition as they were sold and must include all inserts, accessories, if applicable, and include a RMA# clearly written on the box.
All items will be inspected prior to refund being issued.
Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the item.

Issues with shipmentEach item that is shipped is insured. If you received a damaged item please contact customer service as soon as possible and we will work with you to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. If the item you received was not the item that you ordered, please call us as soon as possible. We will arrange to replace your item and pick-up the incorrect item as quickly as possible.
Item conditionWe guarantee the accuracy of each club description. Our product specialists take great effort in accurately describing and rating each item. If you feel the club is not accurately described, please call our customer service department to request a return. Please note that our standard return policy does apply. If we determine that the item was inaccurately rated or described, we will issue you a complete refund, including original and return shipping.
Item PictureThe picture in the ad is the only picture we have at this time. The volume of inventory we receive daily prohibits us from taking multiple pictures. The picture in the ad is of the actual item being sold. Every ad written by our knowledgeable golf staff is an accurate description of the item in question.
Serial NumbersWe do not include serial numbers in our listing description and we are unable to relay that information once an item is processed and boxed. We completely guarantee that all of our clubs are genuine. If for any reason you believe that the club received is not, please call our customer service team immediately. We will happy to assist you.
