SOLE: The sole is nice with normal markings. no nicks or dings. just normal markings from use.

I can ship UPS but there are huge fees at the border with this service. There may be fees/taxes at the border with USPS but they are a lot less than UPS. So when shipping I will ship USPS Priority. If you want to speed up the process you can pay a little extra and ship it Express. Either way your item will be safe, it is your choice. A Tracking / Waybill # will be provided to you when I ship with any service you use. Shipping insurance of about $65 will be provided on the package when I ship. If you want additional insurance it can be purchased at the buyer request. I am not responsible for any club after it leaves by possession if it is not full insured but I have never had any problems with club getting damaged or lost in the past.

SOLE: The sole is Mint with a few light markings from from light use. no nicks or dings.

If you want to speed up the process you can pay a little extra and ship it Express. Either way your item will be safe, it is your choice. A Tracking / Waybill # will be provided to you when I ship with any service you use. Shipping insurance of about $65 will be provided on the package when I ship. If you want additional insurance it can be purchased at the buyer request. I am not responsible for any club after it leaves by possession if it is not full insured but I have never had any problems with club getting damaged or lost in the past.

Shows virtually no traces of wear and is nearly impossible to distinguish from new. May show signs of very minor "shop wear", but in most cases, you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from new…we just have the luxury of a super-duper magnifying glass!
Fine Condition
Shows some visible signs of limited use, but is in fantastic shape and has been exceptionally well maintained. If you look really close, you may see some minor or faint cosmetic blemishes (e.g., very light scuffing and/or scratching), but overall, the luster of new is still very much alive.
Very Good Condition
Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, and normal shaft wear. Unless otherwise noted, there are absolutely NO pop-up marks in the crown of any woods.
Good Condition
Shows frequent to heavy use but does not show any signs of abuse. Cosmetic blemishes are clearly visible and may include: pop-up marks, heavy scuffing and scratching, paint chipping, heavy finish wear, shaft burn and pitting, natural dings/nicking/gouges, etc. Ideal for those who are less concerned with cosmetics and are looking for great value and performance!
Fair Condition
Shows substantial wear, heavy use, and obvious signs of abuse/neglect. The performance of this club(s) is perfectly in tact, but it definitely won’t win any beauty prizes. If you can get past the cosmetics, there is plenty of life still in this one!…plus, get it for a steal!
Open Box, Cancelled Orders
These clubs have NEVER been hit! However, they cannot be sold as new as they could have been unhit returns, floor samples, or items removed and returned to the box, without purchase. It is unlikely but Open Box, Cancelled Orders condition clubs could exhibit some minor scuffs on the sole or some other form of shop wear. Typically a very significant value!
Factory Blemish

Shows virtually no traces of wear and is nearly impossible to distinguish from new. May show signs of very minor "shop wear", but in most cases, you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from new…we just have the luxury of a super-duper magnifying glass!
Fine Condition
Shows some visible signs of limited use, but is in fantastic shape and has been exceptionally well maintained. If you look really close, you may see some minor or faint cosmetic blemishes (e.g., very light scuffing and/or scratching), but overall, the luster of new is still very much alive.
Very Good Condition
Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, and normal shaft wear. Unless otherwise noted, there are absolutely NO pop-up marks in the crown of any woods.

Shows virtually no traces of wear and is nearly impossible to distinguish from new. May show signs of very minor "shop wear", but in most cases, you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from new…we just have the luxury of a super-duper magnifying glass!
Fine Condition
Shows some visible signs of limited use, but is in fantastic shape and has been exceptionally well maintained. If you look really close, you may see some minor or faint cosmetic blemishes (e.g., very light scuffing and/or scratching), but overall, the luster of new is still very much alive.
Very Good Condition
Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, and normal shaft wear. Unless otherwise noted, there are absolutely NO pop-up marks in the crown of any woods.

Customer Pickups:
You are welcome to pickup your order at our West Bridgewater facility Monday through Friday between the hours of 12pm and 5pm EST. If you complete payment for your order by 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the same day. For orders where payment is completed after 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the next business day. We are not a retail facility; so orders being picked up MUST be paid for in advance. Shows virtually no traces of wear and is nearly impossible to distinguish from new. May show signs of very minor "shop wear", but in most cases, you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from new…we just have the luxury of a super-duper magnifying glass!
Fine Condition
Shows some visible signs of limited use, but is in fantastic shape and has been exceptionally well maintained. If you look really close, you may see some minor or faint cosmetic blemishes (e.g., very light scuffing and/or scratching), but overall, the luster of new is still very much alive.
Very Good Condition
Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, and normal shaft wear. Unless otherwise noted, there are absolutely NO pop-up marks in the crown of any woods.
Good Condition
Shows frequent to heavy use but does not show any signs of abuse. Customer Pickups:
You are welcome to pickup your order at our West Bridgewater facility Monday through Friday between the hours of 12pm and 5pm EST. If you complete payment for your order by 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the same day. For orders where payment is completed after 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the next business day. We are not a retail facility; so orders being picked up MUST be paid for in advance. Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% will also be applied to all pickups. Please contact us in advance to arrange for a pickup so that we may have your order pulled and waiting for you.

What has the shipping company done for you?…if you’ve answered something like, “…they damaged my package,” please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our very best to take care of it. We insure all of our items for the full purchase price. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.

We take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately. Shows virtually no traces of wear and is nearly impossible to distinguish from new. May show signs of very minor "shop wear", but in most cases, you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from new…we just have the luxury of a super-duper magnifying glass!
Fine Condition
Shows some visible signs of limited use, but is in fantastic shape and has been exceptionally well maintained. If you look really close, you may see some minor or faint cosmetic blemishes (e.g., very light scuffing and/or scratching), but overall, the luster of new is still very much alive.
Very Good Condition
Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, and normal shaft wear. Unless otherwise noted, there are absolutely NO pop-up marks in the crown of any woods.
Good Condition
Shows frequent to heavy use but does not show any signs of abuse. Cosmetic blemishes are clearly visible and may include: pop-up marks, heavy scuffing and scratching, paint chipping, heavy finish wear, shaft burn and pitting, natural dings/nicking/gouges, etc. Ideal for those who are less concerned with cosmetics and are looking for great value and performance!

FedEx Ground is our standard shipping method within the Continental U.S. FedEx Ground requires 1 to 6 business days to arrive after leaving our facility and is fully trackable in route. We cannot ship to PO Boxes; so please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address.
For specific small, low value items such as socks, gloves, headcovers, etc. we do offer US Postal Service Priority Mail for shipments within the Continental U.S. Due to unpredictable delivery times and the inability to track shipments, US Postal Service Priority Mail is not available for any of our items for which it is not specifically indicated in our shipping rate table.
For those of you in a hurry, we also offer expedited shipping options including FedEx Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and 2 Day. Prices for these expedited services are quoted in our checkout system for you to consider.

Days in transit are Monday through Friday only. Saturday, Sunday and National holidays are not considered days in transit. Also, the day that your order leaves our facility is not considered a day in transit. For example:
• A FedEx 2 Day package shipped on Monday will arrive on Wednesday
• A FedEx 2 Day package shipped on Friday will arrive on the following Tuesday

Customer Pickups:
You are welcome to pickup your order at our West Bridgewater facility Monday through Friday between the hours of 12pm and 5pm EST. If you complete payment for your order by 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the same day. For orders where payment is completed after 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the next business day. We are not a retail facility; so orders being picked up MUST be paid for in advance. Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% will also be applied to all pickups. Please contact us in advance to arrange for a pickup so that we may have your order pulled and waiting for you.

FedEx International Priority is a brokerage paid service. This means that our shipping charge includes the cost of shipping and brokerage fees. Commercial Invoices and Declared Values:
All of our international shipments include a commercial invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We cannot, under any circumstances, lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise (this means NO gifts!!). We also note shipping charges on the commercial invoice as required by the carrier. We do not include the shipping charges in the value of the item.

What has the shipping company done for you?…if you’ve answered something like, “…they damaged my package,” please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our very best to take care of it. We insure all of our items for the full purchase price. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.
If the item you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way to get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

Condition Related Returns:
We take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), and we’ll do our very best to make you happy. If we’re unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we’ll fully refund your original winning price.

Return Procedure:
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by email (auctions@3balls.com) or by phone 508-580-8770 M-F 9am-5pm EST) to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the outside of the box containing your return and then ship it back to us. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe. As for the return process:
• All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.
• A restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price may be applicable.
