We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most listings will list the shipping and processing time frames for each order. We ship to the United States only, and exclude Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and at this time cannot ship to military address’

Refunds: We truly would rather you be satisfied, then put you through hoops to try and keep your money. Our vendors have different return policies. If an item is damaged or not as describe, we will have it picked up, and you will be refunded in full. HOWEVER it is a process, we cannot refund you immediately and then hope you take the time to to return it. You are completely protected by eBay, Paypal, and our reputation. If we refund before the item is returned we are not protected at all. Please be aware that call tags to pick up a product take five to ten days as per UPS rules. You are protected by paypal for 45 days
