Yes, we do combine shipping. Any items purchased within 7 days of the
initial purchase will be combined onto 1 invoice, and the shipping

When will my item arrive?
We ship within 2 business days of receipt of

Domestic shipments may take up to 5 days to arrive. International USPS

Like New Condition
Shows virtually no traces of wear and is nearly impossible to distinguish from new. May show signs of very minor "shop wear", but in most cases, you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from new…we just have the luxury of a super-duper magnifying glass!
Fine Condition
Shows some visible signs of limited use, but is in fantastic shape and has been exceptionally well maintained. If you look really close, you may see some minor or faint cosmetic blemishes (e.g., very light scuffing and/or scratching), but overall, the luster of new is still very much alive.
Very Good Condition
Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, and normal shaft wear. Unless otherwise noted, there are absolutely NO pop-up marks in the crown of any woods.
Good Condition
Shows frequent to heavy use but does not show any signs of abuse. Cosmetic blemishes are clearly visible and may include: pop-up marks, heavy scuffing and scratching, paint chipping, heavy finish wear, shaft burn and pitting, natural dings/nicking/gouges, etc. Ideal for those who are less concerned with cosmetics and are looking for great value and performance!
Fair Condition
Shows substantial wear, heavy use, and obvious signs of abuse/neglect. The performance of this club(s) is perfectly in tact, but it definitely won’t win any beauty prizes. If you can get past the cosmetics, there is plenty of life still in this one!…plus, get it for a steal!
Open Box, Cancelled Orders
These clubs have NEVER been hit! However, they cannot be sold as new as they could have been unhit returns, floor samples, or items removed and returned to the box, without purchase. It is unlikely but Open Box, Cancelled Orders condition clubs could exhibit some minor scuffs on the sole or some other form of shop wear. Typically a very significant value!
Factory Blemish

You are welcome to pickup your order at our West Bridgewater facility Monday through Friday between the hours of 12pm and 5pm EST. If you complete payment for your order by 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the same day. Please note that USPS Air Letter Post is a very reliable service, but it is slow. In our experience, 2-3 weeks is the average transit time for USPS but packages regularly take anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks to arrive after leaving our facility. Brand spankin’ new!…factory original.
Like New Condition
Shows virtually no traces of wear and is nearly impossible to distinguish from new. May show signs of very minor "shop wear", but in most cases, you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from new…we just have the luxury of a super-duper magnifying glass!
Fine Condition
Shows some visible signs of limited use, but is in fantastic shape and has been exceptionally well maintained. If you look really close, you may see some minor or faint cosmetic blemishes (e.g., very light scuffing and/or scratching), but overall, the luster of new is still very much alive.
Very Good Condition
Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, and normal shaft wear. Unless otherwise noted, there are absolutely NO pop-up marks in the crown of any woods.
Good Condition
Shows frequent to heavy use but does not show any signs of abuse. Cosmetic blemishes are clearly visible and may include: pop-up marks, heavy scuffing and scratching, paint chipping, heavy finish wear, shaft burn and pitting, natural dings/nicking/gouges, etc. Ideal for those who are less concerned with cosmetics and are looking for great value and performance!
Fair Condition
Shows substantial wear, heavy use, and obvious signs of abuse/neglect. The performance of this club(s) is perfectly in tact, but it definitely won’t win any beauty prizes. If you can get past the cosmetics, there is plenty of life still in this one!…plus, get it for a steal!
Open Box, Cancelled Orders
These clubs have NEVER been hit! However, they cannot be sold as new as they could have been unhit returns, floor samples, or items removed and returned to the box, without purchase. It is unlikely but Open Box, Cancelled Orders condition clubs could exhibit some minor scuffs on the sole or some other form of shop wear. Typically a very significant value!
Factory Blemish

Order processingOrders are processed and shipped every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or National holidays. Once payments are verified, items are typically shipped within one business day. Orders must be received (checkout completed and payment verified) by 12:00pm EST to be eligible for expedited service. Orders paid by Paypal e-Checks cannot be shipped via an expedited service.
Reduced shipping for multiple itemsOur checkout will automatically combine shipping for multiple items as long as you do not complete checkout prior to adding additional items. For orders with multiple items, you will be charged the appropriate additional item fee after the first item which will be charged at the single item rate.
InsuranceAll items are insured. If your item is damaged in shipment, we will work with you to remedy the situation.
Order trackingYou will receive an order confirmation with a tracking number once the item ships. The status of the order may be tracked on our website. Tracking is not available for Military APO/FPO shipments.
Military shipmentsWe ship all items to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service at the above rates. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Tracking for these shipments is not available.
Payment Information
CheckoutAfter you have won the auction, or after the Buy It Now, please complete the Global Golf checkout. Do not go through eBay checkout. After the auction has ended, you will receive an award notification e-mail with checkout instructions from Global Golf.
Payment Terms and Sales TaxAll items must be paid within 10 days. You will receive a payment notification after seven days. If payment is not received by the 10th day, your auction will be revoked and considered non-paid. A non-paying bidder report will be filed with eBay. If you bid on the item in error, you may be subject to a 15% relisting fee. All payments must be made in US Currency.
State law requires that we charge sales tax on all orders shipped to the states of North Carolina at 7% and South Carolina at 6.0% (Horry County shipments are subject to an additional 1%).

Return Policies
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason, you are not happy with your item, it may be returned within 14 days. The item must be received in the same condition as it was sold and include all accessories, if applicable. A return authorization must be granted and customer is responsible for all shipping and duties and taxes, if applicable.
Return Guidelines
All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please call us to request a number.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties and taxes.
Restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may be applicable.
Refund will be issued on the product price (and applicable sales tax) only. Original shipping is not refundable.
Items must be received in the same condition as they were sold and must include all inserts, accessories, if applicable, and include a RMA# clearly written on the box.
All items will be inspected prior to refund being issued.
Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the item.

Issues with shipmentEach item that is shipped is insured. Serial NumbersWe do not include serial numbers in our listing description and we are unable to relay that information once an item is processed and boxed.
