By approaching Christmas season, both USPS and UPS are receiving increasing number of packages than usual. As a result, USPS and UPS are expecting inevitable delay/exception on delivery time. For this reason, all deliveries made during December and early January can be delayed up to 5-10 business days. But please note that this only affects the delivery time by USPS or UPS. All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days as normally.

Returns
Most items can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date. Opened items or damaged manufacturer boxes will be charged 15% restocking fee.
Please contact us at cs@oljinternational.com for Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) and return instruction. Item must be returned in original packing with all contents.
The RMA# must be clearly written on the return package. Otherwise the package will be refused.
In case of item defect, we will pay for the shipping cost of resending items, while buyers are responsible for the postal cost of returning the items.
Shipping & Handling is not refundable and there will be 15% restocking fee on all return items.
If you received the defective/damaged/wrong item, contact us know within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will replace the item without any extra cost.
Items reported as defective will be checked upon arrival. If not found defective or if item is returned damaged (or found to be handled roughly), 25% restocking fee will be charged
