Irons are completely assembled 3-PW in Apollo Steel Shafts and the woods in ultralite graphite shafts 10.5 degree driver, 3 and 5 wood.

The new Turbo Power Ti7 Max irons have a deep undercut cavity to position the center of gravity deep behind the face for a more solid feel on impact, enhancing consistency on all shots. The deeply reset weights in the cavity are positioned toward the toe and heel for maximum forgiveness on off- center shots. The new Turbo Power Ti7 Max irons are a great set for players of all skill levels.
The New T7 Super MOI 460 cc weight system lets you adjust your driver to suit your golf swing. Each configuration of T7 weights enables you to modify your launch angle, spin rate, and clubface alignment. As your swing changes from time to time, you have the capability of maximizing your distance, height and control of the golf ball. The T7 quad driver features new technology which gives the golfer the ability to adjust the club head’s center of gravity several millimeters from the front-to-rear, or toe-to-heel. That broad span of adjustment delivers various sets of launch conditions which change the dynamic launch angle and the spin-rate. This new technology puts tungsten weights to work for you through a system of 4 ports located in the club head. Installing the weights in the ports in different configurations changes the position of the head’s center of gravity, changing the T7′s initial launch, thereby promoting a different launch angle, spin-rate and clubface alignment at impact and optimizing the golfer’s distance and accuracy, depending on his or her tendencies. The head comes with two 8-gram weights placed at the rear of the head and two 2-gram weights placed at the heel and toe to promote a high launch angle and a straight shot.
The new T7 Super MOI Tour Model fairway woods are designed with an extremely large fairway wood body that creates the highest Moment of Inertia (MOI). The T7 Super MOI allows weight to be moved in 4 ports to optimize ball flight and trajectory. Golfers can move the weights to help hit draws, fades or optimize launch conditions. The T7′s low center of gravity and the highest legal COR the ball can be driven down the fairway with more consistency and longer distance. The new T7 Super MOI’s sole design also eliminates contact with the turf, thus reducing drag helping players of all levels hit the ball more solidly.

Once you place your order for your custom golf clubs with Custom Golf Stop, we will email a Custom Specifications Info Sheet requesting the specifications for your golf clubs. This will include the length, shaft flex and grip size. Once we receive payment and your custom fitting details we can start building your clubs and ship them within 2-3 business days unless, an item is not in stock then 3-5 business days. Transit via UPS is anywhere from 2-6 business days. We supply a UPS tracking number for your package. In the rare event of a backordered product, we will notify you immediately.

We strive to ship all orders received during the week within 24 hours. Our preferred courier is UPS for all domestic and international shipping. Insurance and tracking information are included in the shipping fee for all shipments. Brokerage fees are also included in the shipping cost for international shipments. Shipping destinations are worldwide except for Indonesia. Combined shipping rates are available (see shipping chart) and we encourage you to take advantage of the combined shipping to minimize the shipping fees. We have decided to switch to UPS Express for our international shipping effective August of 2008. We believe that though the shipping fee is a bit more, the service and reliability of UPS Express for our international customers will surpass the increase in cost. For our international shipments, we ship only via UPS express (1-3 day guarantee anywhere in the world) with full tracking from the point it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your door. WE CAN NOT DECLARE THE PACKAGE AS A GIFT. Shipping
We strive to ship all orders received during the week within 24 hours. Our preferred courier is UPS for all domestic and international shipping. Insurance and tracking information are included in the shipping fee for all shipments. Brokerage fees are also included in the shipping cost for international shipments. Shipping destinations are worldwide except for Indonesia. Combined shipping rates are available (see shipping chart) and we encourage you to take advantage of the combined shipping to minimize the shipping fees. We have decided to switch to UPS Express for our international shipping effective August of 2008. We believe that though the shipping fee is a bit more, the service and reliability of UPS Express for our international customers will surpass the increase in cost. For our international shipments, we ship only via UPS express (1-3 day guarantee anywhere in the world) with full tracking from the point it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your door. WE CAN NOT DECLARE THE PACKAGE AS A GIFT. We have not raised our shipping prices for over 3 years however, with the increase in fuel charges incurred by the couriers, we have decided to pass on only a small portion to our customers. Shows virtually no traces of wear and is nearly impossible to distinguish from new. May show signs of very minor "shop wear", but in most cases, you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from new…we just have the luxury of a super-duper magnifying glass!
Fine Condition
Shows some visible signs of limited use, but is in fantastic shape and has been exceptionally well maintained. If you look really close, you may see some minor or faint cosmetic blemishes (e.g., very light scuffing and/or scratching), but overall, the luster of new is still very much alive.
Very Good Condition
Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, and normal shaft wear. Unless otherwise noted, there are absolutely NO pop-up marks in the crown of any woods.
Good Condition
Shows frequent to heavy use but does not show any signs of abuse. You are welcome to pickup your order at our West Bridgewater facility Monday through Friday between the hours of 12pm and 5pm EST. If you complete payment for your order by 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the same day. For orders where payment is completed after 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the next business day. We are not a retail facility; so orders being picked up MUST be paid for in advance. Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% will also be applied to all pickups. Please contact us in advance to arrange for a pickup so that we may have your order pulled and waiting for you.

US Postal Service Air Letter/Parcel Post:
For specific small, low value items such as socks, gloves, headcovers, etc. we do offer US Postal Service Letter/Parcel Post for international shipments. Due to unpredictable delivery times and the inability to track shipments, US Postal Service Air Letter/Parcel Post is not available for any of our items for which it is not specifically indicated in our shipping rate table.
Please note that USPS Air Letter Post is a very reliable service, but it is slow. In our experience, 2-3 weeks is the average transit time for USPS but packages regularly take anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks to arrive after leaving our facility. USPS shipments are fully insured but they are not trackable at this time.

Shows virtually no traces of wear and is nearly impossible to distinguish from new. May show signs of very minor "shop wear", but in most cases, you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from new…we just have the luxury of a super-duper magnifying glass!
Fine Condition
Shows some visible signs of limited use, but is in fantastic shape and has been exceptionally well maintained. If you look really close, you may see some minor or faint cosmetic blemishes (e.g., very light scuffing and/or scratching), but overall, the luster of new is still very much alive.
Very Good Condition
Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, and normal shaft wear. Unless otherwise noted, there are absolutely NO pop-up marks in the crown of any woods.

Days in transit are Monday through Friday only. Saturday, Sunday and National holidays are not considered days in transit. Also, the day that your order leaves our facility is not considered a day in transit. For example:
• A FedEx 2 Day package shipped on Monday will arrive on Wednesday
• A FedEx 2 Day package shipped on Friday will arrive on the following Tuesday

Tracking Your Package:
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves our facility. This email is generated at the close of business day and will contain your tracking number (if available) along with a link to the tracking website for your package. Please note that the US Postal Service does not offer package tracking at this time; so USPS shipments will not be trackable.

Customer Pickups:
You are welcome to pickup your order at our West Bridgewater facility Monday through Friday between the hours of 12pm and 5pm EST. If you complete payment for your order by 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the same day. For orders where payment is completed after 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the next business day. We are not a retail facility; so orders being picked up MUST be paid for in advance. Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% will also be applied to all pickups. Please contact us in advance to arrange for a pickup so that we may have your order pulled and waiting for you.

We want you to know that 3balls is all about providing outstanding golf values to our customers around the world – and that goes for shipping and handling charges as well! Our goal is to get your clubs to you as safely, quickly and economically as humanly possible! One of our challenges, however, is something called "Dimensional Weighting", a clever invention of shipping companies that factors-in how much room a package takes up instead of simply going by weight when assigning shipping costs…particularly for air shipments (which means all of our international packages). So unless someone invents "foldable golf clubs", we’re kind of at the shipper’s mercy.
Please know that between the requirements of "Dimensional Weighting" and the high-tech shipping materials we use in order to protect your clubs en-route, our shipping/handling costs are at the lowest we can possibly make them. We hope you’ll bear this reality in mind when you rate us on our shipping/handling costs. (We’re trying very hard to earn 5 stars every single time!)

We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday, from our main distribution location in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts, U.S.A. To benefit from Order Consolidation and Combined Item Shipping, simply wait until
your last auction has closed or your last Buy It Now has been completed before
you checkout. When you proceed to our secure checkout system you will see that
all of your items are in your shopping cart and you will be offered Combined
Item Shipping. Once checkout has been completed, item consolidation will stop
for that order and no additional items may be added.
Note About "Oversized Items": Large items (such as golf bags) will

FedEx International Priority:
FedEx International Priority is our standard shipping method to all points outside of the United States. FedEx International Priority is, generally, delivered in just 2-5 business days after leaving our facility. FedEx International Priority is fully insured and is trackable online from the time that it leaves our facility until it arrives on your doorstep.

Brokerage Fees:
FedEx International Priority is a brokerage paid service. This means that our shipping charge includes the cost of shipping and brokerage fees. While you will be responsible for customs duties, taxes and any additional import fees upon delivery, you will not be subject to third party brokerage charges.

US Postal Service Air Letter/Parcel Post:
For specific small, low value items such as socks, gloves, headcovers, etc. we do offer US Postal Service Letter/Parcel Post for international shipments. Due to unpredictable delivery times and the inability to track shipments, US Postal Service Air Letter/Parcel Post is not available for any of our items for which it is not specifically indicated in our shipping rate table.
Please note that USPS Air Letter Post is a very reliable service, but it is slow. In our experience, 2-3 weeks is the average transit time for USPS but packages regularly take anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks to arrive after leaving our facility. USPS shipments are fully insured but they are not trackable at this time.

Customs Duties and Taxes:
Depending on your country’s laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from 3balls includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping, and you will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; so please contact your local government office if you’d like more information.

Commercial Invoices and Declared Values:
All of our international shipments include a commercial invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We cannot, under any circumstances, lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise (this means NO gifts!!). We also note shipping charges on the commercial invoice as required by the carrier. We do not include the shipping charges in the value of the item.

What has the shipping company done for you?…if you’ve answered something like, “…they damaged my package,” please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our very best to take care of it. We insure all of our items for the full purchase price. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.
If the item you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way to get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

Condition Related Returns:
We take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), and we’ll do our very best to make you happy. If we’re unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we’ll fully refund your original winning price.
Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received in order to receive full credit. Items purchased in "New", "Open Box, Cancelled Orders" or "Like New" condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.

Return Procedure:
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by email (auctions@3balls.com) or by phone (508-580-8770 M-F 9am-5pm EST) to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the outside of the box containing your return and then ship it back to us. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe. As for the return process:
• All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.
• A restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price may be applicable.
• Refund will be calculated as follows*:
[Original sales price + any applicable sales tax – any applicable restocking fee]
• Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the item.
