Shows virtually no traces of wear and is nearly impossible to distinguish from new. May show signs of very minor "shop wear", but in most cases, you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from new…we just have the luxury of a super-duper magnifying glass!
Fine Condition
Shows some visible signs of limited use, but is in fantastic shape and has been exceptionally well maintained. If you look really close, you may see some minor or faint cosmetic blemishes (e.g., very light scuffing and/or scratching), but overall, the luster of new is still very much alive.
Very Good Condition
Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, and normal shaft wear. Unless otherwise noted, there are absolutely NO pop-up marks in the crown of any woods.
Good Condition
Shows frequent to heavy use but does not show any signs of abuse. You are welcome to pickup your order at our West Bridgewater facility Monday through Friday between the hours of 12pm and 5pm EST. If you complete payment for your order by 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the same day. For orders where payment is completed after 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the next business day. We are not a retail facility; so orders being picked up MUST be paid for in advance. What has the shipping company done for you?…if you’ve answered something like, “…they damaged my package,” please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our very best to take care of it. We insure all of our items for the full purchase price. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.

Shows virtually no traces of wear and is nearly impossible to distinguish from new. May show signs of very minor "shop wear", but in most cases, you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from new…we just have the luxury of a super-duper magnifying glass!
Fine Condition
Shows some visible signs of limited use, but is in fantastic shape and has been exceptionally well maintained. If you look really close, you may see some minor or faint cosmetic blemishes (e.g., very light scuffing and/or scratching), but overall, the luster of new is still very much alive.
Very Good Condition
Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, and normal shaft wear. Unless otherwise noted, there are absolutely NO pop-up marks in the crown of any woods.
Good Condition
Shows frequent to heavy use but does not show any signs of abuse. You are welcome to pickup your order at our West Bridgewater facility Monday through Friday between the hours of 12pm and 5pm EST. Shows virtually no traces of wear and is nearly impossible to distinguish from new. May show signs of very minor "shop wear", but in most cases, you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from new…we just have the luxury of a super-duper magnifying glass!
Fine Condition
Shows some visible signs of limited use, but is in fantastic shape and has been exceptionally well maintained. If you look really close, you may see some minor or faint cosmetic blemishes (e.g., very light scuffing and/or scratching), but overall, the luster of new is still very much alive.
Very Good Condition
Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, and normal shaft wear. Unless otherwise noted, there are absolutely NO pop-up marks in the crown of any woods.
Good Condition
Shows frequent to heavy use but does not show any signs of abuse. Cosmetic blemishes are clearly visible and may include: pop-up marks, heavy scuffing and scratching, paint chipping, heavy finish wear, shaft burn and pitting, natural dings/nicking/gouges, etc. Ideal for those who are less concerned with cosmetics and are looking for great value and performance!

FedEx Ground is our standard shipping method within the Continental U.S. FedEx Ground requires 1 to 6 business days to arrive after leaving our facility and is fully trackable in route. We cannot ship to PO Boxes; so please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address.
For specific small, low value items such as socks, gloves, headcovers, etc. we do offer US Postal Service Priority Mail for shipments within the Continental U.S. Due to unpredictable delivery times and the inability to track shipments, US Postal Service Priority Mail is not available for any of our items for which it is not specifically indicated in our shipping rate table.

Customer Pickups:
You are welcome to pickup your order at our West Bridgewater facility Monday through Friday between the hours of 12pm and 5pm EST. If you complete payment for your order by 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the same day. For orders where payment is completed after 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the next business day. We are not a retail facility; so orders being picked up MUST be paid for in advance. Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% will also be applied to all pickups. Please contact us in advance to arrange for a pickup so that we may have your order pulled and waiting for you.

What has the shipping company done for you?…if you’ve answered something like, “…they damaged my package,” please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our very best to take care of it. We insure all of our items for the full purchase price. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.
If the item you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way to get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

Condition Related Returns:
We take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), and we’ll do our very best to make you happy. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). VERY Good Condition. Only contain light playing abrasions. No indentations, no cuts, no marks, no severe scratches or game hindering damages of any kind. Shafts are in MINT condition.
These clubs were purchased in 2009, and only used for 1 season. Categorized as a “player improvement club” offering maximum ball strike forgiveness, these clubs did indeed improve my game drastically. For mid to high handicappers, these clubs are it!

Shows virtually no traces of wear and is nearly impossible to distinguish from new. May show signs of very minor "shop wear", but in most cases, you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from new…we just have the luxury of a super-duper magnifying glass!
Fine Condition
Shows some visible signs of limited use, but is in fantastic shape and has been exceptionally well maintained. If you look really close, you may see some minor or faint cosmetic blemishes (e.g., very light scuffing and/or scratching), but overall, the luster of new is still very much alive.
Very Good Condition
Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, and normal shaft wear. Unless otherwise noted, there are absolutely NO pop-up marks in the crown of any woods.
Good Condition
Shows frequent to heavy use but does not show any signs of abuse. FedEx Ground is our standard shipping method within the Continental U.S. FedEx Ground requires 1 to 6 business days to arrive after leaving our facility and is fully trackable in route. We cannot ship to PO Boxes; so please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address.
For specific small, low value items such as socks, gloves, headcovers, etc. we do offer US Postal Service Priority Mail for shipments within the Continental U.S. Due to unpredictable delivery times and the inability to track shipments, US Postal Service Priority Mail is not available for any of our items for which it is not specifically indicated in our shipping rate table.

Days in transit are Monday through Friday only. Saturday, Sunday and National holidays are not considered days in transit. Also, the day that your order leaves our facility is not considered a day in transit. For example:

You are welcome to pickup your order at our West Bridgewater facility Monday through Friday between the hours of 12pm and 5pm EST. If you complete payment for your order by 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the same day. For orders where payment is completed after 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the next business day. We are not a retail facility; so orders being picked up MUST be paid for in advance. Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% will also be applied to all pickups. Please contact us in advance to arrange for a pickup so that we may have your order pulled and waiting for you.

What has the shipping company done for you?…if you’ve answered something like, “…they damaged my package,” please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our very best to take care of it. We insure all of our items for the full purchase price. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.

Condition Related Returns:
We take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately.
