At ProGolfSouth, we want you to be happy with each and
every purchase you make with us. We accept returns
for exchange, replacement, refund and store credit. Please

Exchanges
If you decide you would like to exchange the product (different size,
different shaft flex, etc.) please contact
us within 7 days for an return authorization number. After 7
days, all sales are final.
The item must be in the same condition as it was received.
Please include payment for shipping the second product.
Returns
If you decide you do not want the product you receive, you have 7 days
to contact us for an
return authorization number. After 7 days, all sales are final.
Original shipping charges are non refundable.
The item must be in the same condition as it was received.
The return is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged Shipment
If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, and

A: Your order will leave our warehouse by UPS ground service within 48 business hours (excluding weekends) once Golf Shafts Depot receives payment.

A: Your order should arrive within 5 business days after shipment leaves our warehouse (excluding weekends). Rural areas please allow for 1 to 2 more business days.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: A tracking # will be emailed to you by UPS once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.
Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses and neither do we. It is your responsibility to provide us with a UPS-able address.

Returns
We will accept refunds or exchanges within 10 day of the receipt of the item. Item must be in the original box, and in new condition. DO NOT WEAR OR USE OUTSIDE! We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value has been diminished in some way.

Shipping Time Frame
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours. All weekend orders will be processed the following Monday.

Please do not request a tracking number immediately after the payment is made. You will be forwarded a tracking number once the package is picked up by UPS. Your tracking info will be sent via e-mail from Quantum View.
From time to time we do oversell on select items. In these situations the item will be dropshipped directly to you by the manufacturer. If delivery time will be longer than two weeks, we will contact you to discuss alternatives, including a full refund.

We are able to provide local pick-up for items. Contact us BEFORE making plans to do so. We do ship out of several warehouses so we will need to make arrangements to make sure it is locally available.
