When shipping to Canada you have a few choices. I would prefer to ship USPS Priority. It takes a little longer than UPS but it is better for you on fees and taxes at the border. I can ship UPS but there are huge fees at the border with this service. There may be fees/taxes at the border with USPS but they are a lot less than UPS. So when shipping I will ship USPS Priority. If you want to speed up the process you can pay a little extra and ship it Express. Either way your item will be safe, it is your choice. A Tracking / Waybill # will be provided to you when I ship with any service you use. Shipping insurance of about $65 will be provided on the package when I ship. If you want additional insurance it can be purchased at the buyer request. I am not responsible for any club after it leaves by possession if it is not full insured but I have never had any problems with club getting damaged or lost in the past.
If this club is shipped via UPS you will receive FREE SHIPPING INSURANCE!!!!
Shipping Insurance can be added through the USPS at the buyer’s expense.
I offer combined / reduced shipping charges for multiple winning auctions. The price of one club is as stated above and each additional club will be $3 for the added weight and added shipping supplies.
RETURNS:
Most of the time with my auctions do not require returns but in some rare occasions I do accept returns. I do not accept returns if you do not like the item you received. If you use the item and do not like it that is not a acceptable reason for a return. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the club or you feel the item was misrepresented in any way then please contact me as soon as you receive the item and I will work something out with you so everyone is satisfied with the transaction. I personally write every description in my auctions and have never has a problem before with writing a misleading description but there is always a chance I may have missed something so please contact me if this occurs.

Shows virtually no traces of wear and is nearly impossible to distinguish from new. May show signs of very minor "shop wear", but in most cases, you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from new…we just have the luxury of a super-duper magnifying glass!
Fine Condition
Shows some visible signs of limited use, but is in fantastic shape and has been exceptionally well maintained. If you look really close, you may see some minor or faint cosmetic blemishes (e.g., very light scuffing and/or scratching), but overall, the luster of new is still very much alive.
Very Good Condition
Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, and normal shaft wear. Unless otherwise noted, there are absolutely NO pop-up marks in the crown of any woods.
Good Condition
Shows frequent to heavy use but does not show any signs of abuse. Cosmetic blemishes are clearly visible and may include: pop-up marks, heavy scuffing and scratching, paint chipping, heavy finish wear, shaft burn and pitting, natural dings/nicking/gouges, etc. Ideal for those who are less concerned with cosmetics and are looking for great value and performance!
Fair Condition
Shows substantial wear, heavy use, and obvious signs of abuse/neglect. The performance of this club(s) is perfectly in tact, but it definitely won’t win any beauty prizes. If you can get past the cosmetics, there is plenty of life still in this one!…plus, get it for a steal!
Open Box, Cancelled Orders
These clubs have NEVER been hit! However, they cannot be sold as new as they could have been unhit returns, floor samples, or items removed and returned to the box, without purchase. It is unlikely but Open Box, Cancelled Orders condition clubs could exhibit some minor scuffs on the sole or some other form of shop wear. Typically a very significant value!
Factory Blemish
New product which has not passed inspection because of a minor cosmetic-only flaw. May or may not be noticeable. NO structural or performance defects. 100% manufacturer warranty stands. Typically a very significant value.

You are welcome to pickup your order at our West Bridgewater facility Monday through Friday between the hours of 12pm and 5pm EST. If you complete payment for your order by 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the same day. For orders where payment is completed after 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the next business day. We are not a retail facility; so orders being picked up MUST be paid for in advance. New- Clubs are new from our store and most still have the plastic on the club and/or grip. Other items are new with tags or in boxes (unless item did not have a tag or box)*
Demo- Clubs are new from our store but most have been hit for a few rounds and club fitting purposes. There will be signs of wear and tear, ball marks and a few scratches. Other items have been floor models and may show signs of wear and tear but have never left the store**
Used- Clubs have previously been sold and taken in on trade ins to our facility. They show signs of wear but do not affect performance (unless otherwise stated). Other items are in good condition and are still in working condition**

Do you have a buy it now price?
- I do not offer buy it now on auctions. The price will be dictated by the market
I like the item but do you have other models?
- I list what we have and want to sell on Ebay. If you don’t see what you want in our auctions, sometimes I have it, just ask me.
I live outside the continental USA can you possibly ship to me if I pay?
- I will ship to Europe, Canada & Asia. Shipping will be USPS Priority Mail 6-10 days. Canada from $25 to $40, Europe & Asia from $35 to $60.
How can we know that your items are authentic and not counterfeit?
- I’m a PGA Golf Professional all merchandise sold is from overstock pro shop and trade-ins from members. You can rest assure that you will never receive a counterfeit item from my store! Feel free to contact us with questions. Serial numbers do not provide accurate verification of counterfeit clubs so please do not ask us for them.
I noticed your prices are really low why is this?
- When I decide to list items on Ebay I want them to sell! I feel the market will determine the value!
Can you custom fit iron sets?
- I will bend lie on irons and wedges and can even extend all clubs up to 1.5 inches. The fee for bending is $7 per club, and the fee for extension is $10 per club. I’m a certified professional club fitter who would gladly make your next set fit to your measurements. Please allow at least 3 business days for completion after item is paid.
When will I receive my item?
- Your item will ship within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment. I only ship Monday-Friday. Items paid on Thursday and Friday can be expected to go out on Monday. Weekend items that are paid for can expect to go out Monday or Tuesday. I also mainly ship USPS ground which takes 1-6 business days and do not include weekends or holidays. I can guarantee when the item will leave my store but not the actual shipping time!
How long do I have to pay?
- You must pay within 3 days otherwise I will file a complaint. Please know that I will also ship your item as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
- All sales are final with the exception that the wrong item is shipped. Be sure the club you bid on is right for you, or your sizes are right. Always to outside research on items before buying to ensure they are what you want. Also if you bid and win an item you will be expected to pay.
Do you offer combined shipping?
- Yes I offer combined shipping. The fee is $ 6.00 extra per club.
