every purchase you make with us. We accept returns
for exchange, replacement, refund and store credit. Please

Exchanges
If you decide you would like to exchange the product (different size,
different shaft flex, etc.) please contact
us within 7 days for an return authorization number. After 7
days, all sales are final.
The item must be in the same condition as it was received.
Please include payment for shipping the second product.
Returns
If you decide you do not want the product you receive, you have 7 days
to contact us for an
return authorization number. After 7 days, all sales are final.
Original shipping charges are non refundable.
The item must be in the same condition as it was received.
The return is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please include a note in the return package describing the
reason for the exchange.
Damaged Shipment
If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, and
we will file a claim on your behalf with Fedex. Once the claim has been

Incorrect Item Received

Return Policies
At ProGolfSouth, we want you to be happy with each and
every purchase you make with us. We accept returns
for exchange, replacement, refund and store credit. Please
read below for details on how to return your purchase.
Exchanges
If you decide you would like to exchange the product (different size,
different shaft flex, etc.) please contact
us within 7 days for an return authorization number. After 7
days, all sales are final.
The item must be in the same condition as it was received.
Please include payment for shipping the second product.
Returns
If you decide you do not want the product you receive, you have 7 days
to contact us for an
return authorization number. After 7 days, all sales are final.
Original shipping charges are non refundable.
The item must be in the same condition as it was received.
The return is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please include a note in the return package describing the
reason for the exchange.
Damaged Shipment
If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, and
we will file a claim on your behalf with Fedex. Once the claim has been
approved by Fedex, we will ship out a replacement item, or issue a full
refund. Please do not file a claim with Fedex, as this will only delay
the claims approval process.
Incorrect Item Received

right. We strive to complete each and every transaction 100% correctly.
However, errors do occur. If you have received an item that you did not
purchase, please contact us
immediately to help us resolve the problem. There are a few options

is accurate. However, we understand that sometimes rating discrepancies

Upon return of the item, we will reevaluate the item,

it to the original written and photographic documentation. If the error
is on our part, we will immediately issue a full refund, including the
original shipping amount.

Yes, we do combine shipping. Any items purchased within 7 days of the
initial purchase will be combined onto 1 invoice, and the shipping

When will my item arrive?

I am selling a brand new set of 2009 Nike Driver and Woods & Golf
Shoes. The woods are still in plastic, with the head and grips still
wrapped. The driver still has the price tag on it and the Str8fit
sticker and plastic on the bottom of the head. All clubs have never
been used.
I am also selling a pair of practically new 2009 Nike Golf shoes. They have only been worn in the store. They are 10.5M.
The Driver is a 2009 Nike Str8fit DYMO driver (round head). This is the
driver with the adjustable head which changes to 8 different settings.
It comes with an adjustable wrench that can be stored inside the
headcover. It has an Axiv CORE proforce 59 series regular flex graphite
shaft. The loft on the club is 10.5 degrees.
The fairway woods are the 2009 Nike Dymo Fairway Woods. The set
includes a 3 wood and a 5 wood. They have the smaller round heads which
promote a greater MOI and help the golfer hit the sweet spot each time.
Both clubs have an Axiv CORE proforce 70 series regular flex graphite
shaft

for exchange, replacement, refund and store credit. Please

Exchanges
If you decide you would like to exchange the product (different size,
different shaft flex, etc.) please contact
us within 7 days for an return authorization number. After 7
days, all sales are final.
The item must be in the same condition as it was received.
Please include payment for shipping the second product.
Returns
If you decide you do not want the product you receive, you have 7 days
to contact us for an
return authorization number. After 7 days, all sales are final.
Original shipping charges are non refundable.

The return is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged Shipment
If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, and

Excellent May have some slight signs of INFREQUENT use on sole plate and/or clubface. Grips & shafts are in like new condition. No skymarks. Overall great condition! Very Good Visible signs of FREQUENT play & very well maintained. Signs of wear primarily on sole plate or clubface. Grips or shaft may have some slight signs of use. Good Visible signs of use probably for multiple seasons, but has been well maintained. No signs of abuse. Many years of play left! Refinished Clubhead has been professionally refinished (painted, buffed, or polished) as close to new as possible. Shafts or grips may have some signs of wear. Overall rating is excellent or better.

Return Policies
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason, you are not happy with your item, it may be returned within 14 days. The item must be received in the same condition as it was sold and include all accessories, if applicable. A return authorization must be granted and customer is responsible for all shipping and duties and taxes, if applicable.
Return Guidelines
All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please call us to request a number.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties and taxes.
Restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may be applicable.
Refund will be issued on the product price (and applicable sales tax) only. Original shipping is not refundable.
Items must be received in the same condition as they were sold and must include all inserts, accessories, if applicable, and include a RMA# clearly written on the box.
All items will be inspected prior to refund being issued.
Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the item.

Issues with shipmentEach item that is shipped is insured. If you received a damaged item please contact customer service as soon as possible and we will work with you to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. If the item you received was not the item that you ordered, please call us as soon as possible. We will arrange to replace your item and pick-up the incorrect item as quickly as possible.
Item conditionWe guarantee the accuracy of each club description. Our product specialists take great effort in accurately describing and rating each item. If you feel the club is not accurately described, please call our customer service department to request a return. Please note that our standard return policy does apply. If we determine that the item was inaccurately rated or described, we will issue you a complete refund, including original and return shipping.
Serial NumbersWe do not include serial numbers in our listing description and we are unable to relay that information once an item is processed and boxed.
