The Head:
The Acer XK Chipper combines the loft of an 8-iron with the weight and lie of a putter. The ultrawide contoured sole glides across either the rough or the close cropped apron surrounding the green. Gooseneck, over-the-hosel design increases the effective face area and eliminates the possibility of shanking the ball like with an iron. The head is made of 431 Steel.
The Shaft:
The shaft is the Apollo Standard Stepped Steel shaft. The flex is a Regular Flex. The standard shaft is 34 inches long.
The Grip:
The grip is the excellent Karma Black Velvet Standard size grip.

Club Test Report
I just completed my third round of golf using
this new Chipper. I reduced my putts by six
strokes a round of 18 thanks entirely to this
new club allowing my chips to land closer to
the cup so as to one putt instead of two or three
putt. This chipper has the loft of a #8 iron and
works equally well from 40 yards out as it does
around the green. The difference is that you
use a chipping stroke from 40 yrs out but a
putting stroke around the green. The combina-
tion of the heavy head and the extended flat
bottom seems to just cut through any surface
as well as through high grass. It even works
well in sand traps when the ball is sitting high
on the sand. I think you will love this club.
It is lowering my handicap every time I play.

Handling fees are applied only to pickup of the item by the buyer at our warehouse after paying for the item on eBay using PayPal. In this case the buyer does not pay a shipping charge, only the Handling Fee.
Covers are usually shipped via UPS Ground. Single golf clubs are usually shipped via USPS postal service. Golf Club sets are usually shipped via UPS Ground. Household and business items are shipped either USPS or UPS.
We ship to only the 50 US States and Canada at this time. No shipping to APO/AFO addresses. After in house processing time, your product will arrive within two days to two weeks depending on your weather, conditions and geographical location. We now work direct with some of our manufacturers to ship direct from them to our customers to save our customers time and shipping costs. As a result, we cannot control inventory. In the event of a stock shortage you will be told the anticipated waiting time. You may, at your option, have an immediate full refund or you may decide to stay on the order list and wait for the item to be shipped to you. We will always tell you the expected delivery date on back orders. Most orders are shipped within two working days (Monday through Friday) once the customer’s payment has cleared our bank. USPS shipping time is usually 2-3 Day Priority Mail for US customers and UPS is 1-6 days transit time for US customers and 4-9 days for Canadian customers. Interpreting Golf Terminology – A Thankless Task

If someone came back from the golf course and told you that they had “chunked an approach that left them having to take a Mulligan, and then ended up on the apron, before lipping out and relying on a come-backer to save par”, you would be entirely within your rights to assume that they had spent too long at the 19th Hole. But the actual fact is that they would be describing something that happens every so often to most golfers. They would be couching it in dense terminology and making it almost impossible to understand for anyone but other golfers, but they would not be lying or, necessarily, drunk.
To “chunk” a shot is to drive your club into the ground before, or in (accidental) lieu of hitting the ball. Coming from the sound that such an impact makes, it is something horribly familiar to a great many golfers. And it could lead to a Mulligan, which is a replay of the shot without any stroke being counted. This is not allowed in competition golf, but is allowed to pass in most casual rounds. From your Mulligan, could you end up on an apron? You certainly could. Assuming you were aiming for the green, if you ended up on the slightly rougher patch of grass around it, that’s exactly where you would have ended up.
From such a position there would be two options. Firstly your sober friend could try to chip the ball from the “apron” towards the hole, or secondly they could attempt a putt. If the ball rolled around the outside of the hole and stayed out, this is described as “lipping out” – from where the ball can go anywhere, sometimes heart breakingly a few feet past. When the ball rolls past the hole, you must rely on a putt coming back the other way – or, as the terminology has it, a “comebacker”.
There are a great many other golf terms which may be considered impenetrable and arcane to the uninitiated. The best advice that one could possibly pass on to a novice trying to get a handle on the terminology for the sake of a relationship is to watch with a notepad and learn as you go along with some help from the Internet.
